Welcome to Radio Yuhan, a mobile application that allows users to stream live radio shows, music, video content, and engage with community discussions. Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") before accessing or using the Radio Yuhan app (the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you ("User") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. Introduction

App Description: Radio Yuhan is a radio streaming service via a mobile application that offers live talk shows, music, video streams, and community engagement. Users can interact with hosts, comment on shows, and explore content from around the globe.
Purpose: These Terms govern the use of the App and outline the conditions under which Radio Yuhan is made available to users.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License and Use

License Grant: Radio Yuhan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App or content from within the app or the Radio Yuhan entity. You also agree not to use the App for illegal activities, harassment, bullying, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by Radio Yuhan.
Acceptable Usage: You may listen, interact, comment, watch, and enjoy content through the App in compliance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. Radio Yuhan reserves the right to modify the account creation and management process over time.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Radio Yuhan will take reasonable measures to secure your data but is not liable for unauthorized access or breaches.

4. Content Ownership

Radio Yuhan Content: Radio Yuhan owns all the audio, video, and streaming content available within the App, including talk shows, podcasts, interviews, and commercials. Any unauthorized use or distribution of this content is prohibited.
User-Generated Content: Users may post comments or other content as part of their interaction with the App. By posting, you grant Radio Yuhan the right to use, reproduce, and display such content within the App and associated platforms.

5. Purchases and Payments

In-App Purchases: Radio Yuhan may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, the terms of which will be made available within the App when applicable.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law.
Billing and Security: Payments are processed through third-party services such as PayPal, Stripe, or the App Store. Radio Yuhan is not responsible for the security or accuracy of billing processes handled by these third parties.

6. Privacy Policy

Data Collection: Radio Yuhan collects and stores data in Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. The only user data collected is essential for providing and improving services. For more details on how data is handled, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Tools: The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., Facebook, YouTube) for streaming or other purposes. These third-party services are governed by their own privacy and terms of use policies.

7. Third-Party Services

Third-Party Integrations: Radio Yuhan may integrate services from platforms such as Facebook and YouTube for video streaming. Radio Yuhan is not responsible for the availability, content, or performance of these third-party services.
Liability: Any issues arising from third-party service usage must be resolved directly with the respective service provider.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Radio Yuhan does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. Technical issues may arise, and you agree to use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Radio Yuhan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if Radio Yuhan has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination of Accounts

Termination by Radio Yuhan: Radio Yuhan may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, engaging in harassment, or distributing unauthorized content. Termination is at Radio Yuhan's sole discretion.
Post-Termination Data: Upon account termination, Radio Yuhan may retain your data for one year, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Modifications to the Terms

Right to Modify: Radio Yuhan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App, and continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Notification of Changes: You will be notified of any significant changes to these Terms through app updates or notifications within the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from the use of the App will be resolved in the appropriate courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
